We are operating on a reduced number of staff on the premises, so there will be a delay when processing returns claims. Returned items will be logged as they arrive, and we will use the arrival date as the claim date if a warranty claim is processed late because of interruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our suppliers impose strict guidelines when returning goods; we must be made aware of returns as soon as possible as we are only given 14 days to return the parts to our suppliers.
To help us ensure we are able to process your return(s) for unused or non-required items, please be aware of the following:
- We cannot return parts if the box is damaged or torn, this includes writing on the packaging.
- All goods must be returned to us in a resalable condition unless they are being returned for a warranty claim.
